Refund policy

Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) purchased do not match the description on your receipt, or if a functional defect is discovered and is due to the crafting process. Returned item(s) must be unused, and in the original condition it was received. Refunds will only be issued once the item(s) have been received and checked thoroughly.

Conditions of return (excluding damaged or defective items)
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once Item has been returned and evaluated, a full refund will be issued through the same means the order was paid.

I don't accept cancellations once the order has shipped.
