This is a simple pen made using two amazing woods. The cap is Walnut, while the slightly tapered barrel is made from Birdseye Maple. For stability and strength, both pieces are sleeved using a black acrylic, with a matching hourglass section. To protect the wood, I have applied a durable high gloss finish.
